Moving through daily life, we can develop attachments, weaknesses and blockages in our energetic layers or subtle bodies. Our subtle bodies are made up of layers of vibrational energy, each of which has their own vibration and purpose. Our auras for example, are directly connected with our chakra system, which intricately effects our emotional, spiritual, physical and mental wellbeing. Healing modalities such as Reiki, Crystal Healing and Vibrational Therapy work to cleanse and resolve these imbalances, regardless of how big or small they may be. Energetic blocks can manifest into all sorts of unpleasant things from emotional instability to physical pain or illness. A Bit About Me

Hi I’m Jessica! Master Communicator, Intuitive, Spiritual Transformation Coach and Executive Coach/Consultant. My journey began after years of living day to day, KNOWING there was MORE in this world. I spent years searching for the energy, wisdom, spirit. To make sense of the things that were happening to me and all around me. I could feel and sense, but had no guide, no reference, no one to learn from. I was born and raised in organized religion, and although I believe in a good portion of what I was taught, I could feel other things, beyond these traditional beliefs. I wanted MORE than the day to day life I was living. I had always believed in the power of intention, so I put my intentions out into the universe, and found my way back to myself. The direction my life took from there has been more than I could have ever imagined!

After years of training and working with Teachers, Shamans, Seers and Channelers, I began using vibrational medicine and energy healing techniques on family members and friends with undeniable results. Through working with medical doctors and other professionals, I quickly understood that our health and wellness expands beyond mainstream medicine, psychology, business, and day to day life routines and remedies. There is much more beyond just taking care of our body and managing our every day responsibilities. We are WHOLE beings, and addressing our whole health, to include our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical is necessary for permanent healing and transformation. I began utilizing various healing modalities which resulted in great success! My passion became helping others to heal and facilitating change on all levels, using holistic methods, intuitive work, and healing through nutrition and environmental changes. My intention is to be a channel of positive healing energy and intuitive guidance to help empower and guide you on your own journey of transformation and ascension in a safe and supported environment.

I am trained in Shamanism, Chinese Energetic Medicine, Vibrational Medicine, Crystal Healing, Usui Reiki with experience in many other holistic modalities. I am a Certified Communication Coach, Certified Holistic Healer, Certified Executive Coach, with a background in psychology and business, with over 20 years of experience.

Spiritual life coaching is for those who wish to make shifts in life by changing the way you operate on a deeper level. Rather than just simply examining your behaviors, habits and goals, we will explore your belief systems around these areas. We will expand your spiritual consciousness, the use of spiritual tools, rituals and daily practices to awaken your connection to the Earth, God, Source and Self.

Energy healing is used in combination with coaching to aid in healing and aligning emotional, physical and mental imbalances by incorporating multiple healing modalities. Vibrational Therapies such as chakra balancing, channeling, light body activations, sound baths using tuning forks & crystal bowls, Chinese energetic medicine and Intuitive means are used in combination during an energy healing session. These holistic practices activate the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blockages, old programming and open new pathways to raises one’s vibration. By breaking though these “blockages” or old programming, your natural ability to heal begins. Energy healing is a powerful approach to wellness, balance and alignment that supports you on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Intuitive readings are meant to be a stand-alone appointment meant help you to gain deeper insight into specific areas of your life. The goal is to provide a better understanding of self and to help the client find their own intuitive abilities. When we are clear on what we are feelings, seeing, sensing and experiencing, our ability to make good decisions becomes natural.

EXECUTIVE COACHING & BUSINESS CONSULTING 

Executive Coaching and Business Consulting is an individualized monthly service for the entrepreneur, CEO, executive, business owner, or anyone wanting to develop their business or career goals. Working one on one with Jessica, we will begin using the SWOT Method to target strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in order to maximize your performance and potential.  The goal is to help you discover your own path to greatness by acknowledging both who you are as an individual and professional.
